If departmental sources are to be believed, the work is also full of responsibility, Nautiyal has been attached to the camp office of the Chief Engineer, Garhwal Zone for tender related works, for which he will not be given any separate allowance or additional remuneration. Departmental sources also say that Nautiyal has been posted at the same place and the same chair in Dehradun since the first day of his appointment in 1992 till date and there too he has the big responsibility of tender related works. Also, it becomes a big thing when even after promotion, the post is not vacated and within a week of transfer with promotion, the letter of the top officer of UPCL orders his redeployment on the same post where Nautiyal has been posted since 1992. Also, the employee is so capable and hardworking that he does not even have time to sign the attendance register. There also, signatures are made only once in a month and the officers also do not investigate that where is the officer employee who has not signed the duty register for a month? No officer is ready to answer in this matter.
