Army organised a bike rally at an altitude of 12 thousand feet, got a grand welcome in Jadung village

The Indian Army has started a tourism and rehabilitation mission in Jadung village located on the India-China international border. Under this campaign, for the first time, 21 army personnel took out a bike rally in Nelang and Jadung valleys located at an altitude of about 12 thousand feet above sea level. After Gangotri Darshan, this rally has now left for Niti-Malari valley of Chamoli.

In the plan of the Central Government to settle the border villages, the Indian Army has now started a campaign to promote tourism and rehabilitation. It has started from Jadung village. Construction of homestay has started here to resettle this village. In this sequence, Suryaprakash, the coordinator of the tracking agency, said that the 21-member bike rally team of the Indian Army reached Jadung village via Harshil. Where a bike rally would have reached Nelang and Jadung valley ahead of Bhairo valley for the first time in history. Along with the army personnel, two female rider members of a private bike company were also present in it.

On reaching Jadung, the army personnel discussed various aspects with the youth of Harshil valley village for resettling the border villages. The army officers said that the deserted villages should be resettled in the same style as they were earlier. Only then will their beauty increase and it will provide new experience and information along with tourism to today’s generation. This campaign will last for about 13 days. In this, all the border villages will be visited on bike. After visiting Gangotri, he has now left for Malari.
