Uttar Pradesh: Murder report filed in the case of death of MBBS student, father said – son was murdered when he asked for return of the loaned money
In the case of the death of an MBBS student after falling from the roof in a private medical college in Shahjahanpur, the father of the deceased has filed a murder report against unknown persons. The police is investigating the matter. Let us tell you that on Sunday the body of the student was found lying behind the hostel.
Ajay Kumar Singh, a resident of MIG 35, Rapti Nagar Phase-1, Shahpur police station area of Gorakhpur, has lodged an FIR in Tilhar police station. In which he told that his son Kushagra Pratap Singh was a second year MBBS student in Varun Arjun Medical College.
Activities in the hostel seemed suspicious
On October 6, at 08:45 am, he received a call on his phone that his son has died, come to the college. He informed his relatives living in Lucknow about this. When Ajay reached the college, he found the activities in the hostel suspicious.
According to Ajay, prima facie it seems that Kushagra was forcibly thrown down from the roof or was killed. There were injury marks on his body and there were signs of self-defense. The CCTV of the hostel was found switched off. The attitude of the college administration was also uncooperative.
Expressed suspicion of murder
He suspects that his son has been murdered. An attempt has been made to pass off the incident as suicide. According to the father, the son had lent money to some fellow students. He has demanded an impartial investigation of the case and justice for the culprit. SP Rajesh S. said that as per the complaint, a report has been filed and the case is being investigated.
