Rekha Arya took stock of the preparations for the National Games, gave these instructions to the Sports Secretary
State Sports Minister Rekha Arya held a meeting with the officials of the Sports Department in the auditorium of Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Dehradun on Tuesday regarding the preparations for the 38th National Games. In the meeting, the minister has given instructions to complete the preparations of the games within the stipulated time frame and not to keep any shortcomings in the preparations.

Rekha Arya said to re-ensure your seriousness regarding the preparations. Along with this, she instructed the Special Sports Secretary to determine the responsibility of the officers. Along with this, she spoke to the Chief Secretary over the phone and directed to expedite the proceedings towards the budget of Indira Gandhi Stadium (Gaula Paar) Haldwani and the transfer of land of Sports University.
Meeting of various departments will be called soon
Minister Rekha Arya said that a meeting of various departments related to the organization of the National Games will be called soon. After the meeting, Sports Minister Rekha Arya also inspected the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium and Maharana Pratap Sports College and took stock of the preparations for the National Games.
