Uttarakhand / Dehradun: Police’s crackdown on drugs, a smuggler arrested with ganja and smack
Dehradun Police is running a campaign against drugs. Police has arrested a smuggler with 22 grams of illegal smack and seven kilograms of ganja. The cost of which is being told nine lakh rupees.
A smuggler arrested with ganja and smack
The action of Doon Police against drug smugglers is continuing. Nehru Colony police station along with the joint team of SOG arrested an accused near Nauka Dudhli Road during checking on Tuesday. Seven kilograms of ganja and 22 grams of illegal smack have been recovered from the accused.
The cost is being told nine lakh rupees
The accused has been identified as Vinod (30) son of Ravi Nath, resident of Sapera Basti Mothrowala. The accused used to bring smack from Bareilly and supply ganja and smack to drug addicts. The cost of which is being estimated to be nine lakh rupees in the market. Police has registered a case against the accused under the NDPS Act.
