According to media reports, Sarla Aviation and Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) are going to start electric flying taxis in the city together. This air taxi will be run between main places and airport. This will save people’s time.

Its motive is Advanced Air Mobility Solution. This taxi will fly in the air but will not cause pollution. The company is focusing on the fact that along with high speed, it should also be eco-friendly.

Flying Taxi Fare?

With air taxi, you will be able to cover more distance in less time. For example, if a person has to go from Indiranagar to airport. So it takes about 1.5 hours. But with the help of air taxi, the time will be reduced to only five minutes. According to media reports, a person may have to spend Rs 1700 for a 20-minute journey by air taxi.

When will the services start?

Let us tell you that this project is currently in its initial stage. Its prototype is yet to be made. Also, regulatory approval may take years. If reports are to be believed, it will take two-three years for the air taxi service to start in Bangalore.
