School bus falls into ditch due to driver’s mistake in Panchkula, 15 children injured
News of a major accident has come to light in Morni, Panchkula. Here, a school bus carrying several children fell into a ditch near Tikkar Lake near Morni area. It is being told that the driver was driving the bus very fast, due to which this accident happened. 10-15 children are reported to be injured in the accident. At present, the rescue operation is going on, the children are being taken to the hospital. The police, who reached the spot, have started investigating the matter.
Children were going on a school trip
According to preliminary investigation, children and staff members of Nankana Sahib School of Malerkotla, Punjab were going to Morni Hills in Panchkula for a trip. This serious accident happened due to the sudden overturning of the bus, at present the police is investigating the matter.
The driver was driving the bus at high speed
It is being told that the bus driver was driving the bus at high speed. Due to which his balance got disturbed and the bus fell into the ditch. The bus driver has been seriously injured, who has been sent to Chandigarh PGI for treatment. It has been learnt that children were going on a school trip in this bus. During that time, the bus fell into the ditch.
