Uttarakhand: Superfast train started from Lalkuan to Mumbai, CM Dhami flagged off
Railways has given the gift of a new train to Uttarakhand. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami virtually flagged off the weekly train running from Lalkuan to Mumbai (Bandra Terminus). A grand program was organized at Lalkuan railway station during the inauguration of the train on Monday. Where former Union Minister and Nainital MP Ajay Bhatt and Lalkuan MLA Mohan Bisht flagged off the train.
On this occasion, MP Ajay Bhatt said that the gift of a new train for the people of Kumaon has been received from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav. Another new train service has been operated from Kumaon division to Mumbai. He said that with this train, not only tourists will come to Uttarakhand from outside states, but the people of the mountainous region of Uttarakhand have got a long distance train. This train will also benefit migrant Uttarakhandis living in Mumbai and Gujarat. With the operation of the train, Kumaon division will have direct contact with Mayanagari Mumbai. Due to which there will be immense possibilities in the field of tourism as well as film in Uttarakhand.
Train schedule
Train number 22544 Lalkuan Bandra Terminus Weekly Superfast will depart from Lalkuan every Monday at 7:45 am. After this, this train will reach Kota at 7:30 pm. Along with this, it reached Bandra Terminus the next day on Tuesday at 8:30 am. On return, train number 22543 will leave Bandra Terminus at 11 am on Tuesday. It will reach Kota at 12:30 late night. The next day on Wednesday, it will reach Lal Kuan Junction at 1:15 pm.
