In view of the Diwali festival, the Dhami government of Uttarakhand has decided to pay salary and pension to government employees, pensioners and family pensioners before Diwali.

After the instructions of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, the approval of the government has been received. Additional Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan has informed all the department heads, district magistrates and concerned officers about this decision.

Salary will be received before Diwali
The Additional Chief Secretary has directed all state employees and pensioners to ensure payment of salary and pension before October 30 in view of the festival of Diwali on October 31.
