Winter Health Tips:- Exercise daily
Exercise is very important to keep the body fit. Do regular exercise even in winter. This keeps the body active. Along with removing lethargy, laziness also does not come. It also helps in burning calories. Due to which you feel energetic.

Sit in the sun for some time
Do not forget to sit in the sun in winter. This keeps your bones strong along with the deficiency of Vitamin D. The presence of vitamin D in the body removes lethargy. In such a situation, remember to sit in the sun for at least 15 minutes every day. This keeps the body active. Along with getting warmth, energy is also maintained.

Eat a balanced diet
