LPG cylinder will be available free of cost in Uttarakhand for three years, CM Dhami announced

A good news has come out for the people holding Antyodaya cards of Uttarakhand. The Dhami government has decided to extend the free cylinder scheme for the next three years. Now Antyodaya ration card holders will get three free LPG cylinders in a year till the year 2027.
This decision will directly benefit 1.84 lakh card holders of the state
The state government had promised to give free LPG cylinders to poor women in the 2022 assembly elections, which has now been approved by the cabinet of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. The scheme was earlier implemented in 2022-23 and ended in March, but now it has been extended till 2027.
Let us tell you that more than 80,000 families of the state will benefit from this scheme, which will give them convenience in cooking in the kitchen. After the proposal of the Civil Food Supply Department was approved by the Cabinet, this scheme will now continue for the next three years.
