In the retaliatory firing, a miscreant got shot in the leg. The accused has been identified as Nitish son Pradeep Kumar, resident of Haridwar. While the other accused fled taking advantage of the darkness.

The police team is combing the area in search of the three criminals who escaped from the spot taking advantage of the darkness during the encounter.
