Uttarakhand / Dehradun: Husband and wife used to sell the financed vehicles again, this is how they used to cheat

Dehradun Police has arrested a couple who cheated people in a cunning manner. The accused used to cheat people by selling financed vehicles and other expensive goods to them. The accused opened a company for buying and selling rental bikes to gain people’s trust.

Lakhs were swindled in the name of partnership in business
Regarding the matter, a woman resident of Premnagar told the police in a complaint that her husband had met a person named Aman Jaiswal, who was running a rental bike company in the name of Om Sai Traders. Aman had financed a scooty, mobile phone and tablet in the name of the woman’s husband by luring him to make him a partner in his company. The accused swindled two lakh 54 thousand rupees from the woman’s husband by cheating him in lieu of partnership in business.

They used to cheat by selling financed vehicles
On the basis of the complaint, the police started investigating the case. During investigation it was found that Aman along with his wife Sanjana Singh had formed a company named Om Sai Traders for bike rental and he had appointed a person named Aman Beniwal as the manager. Accused Aman used to cheat people by luring them to buy bikes and cars on finance and rent them out in his company and then sell the financed vehicles to other people by promising them good profits.
