Now Israel will not be able to kill any Hamas chief, made a special plan to deceive Mossad!
Israel has intensified its fight against Hamas. It is killing all the top commanders of Hamas one after the other. The Israeli army (IDF) did not even spare Hamas’s supreme leader Yahya Sinwar. In such a situation, Hamas has now come up with a new trick, so that the IDF will never be able to kill its new chief. After the murder of Yahya Sinwar, the question of choosing a new leader has arisen before Hamas. There are 5 candidates in the race to become the next political bureau chief of the Palestinian group. This information was given by a leading Arab daily quoting Hamas sources.
The Arabic newspaper Asharq Al-Awsat reported that discussions are going on within the organization regarding this issue. The people participating in it are in favor of keeping the name of the next leader secret. The publication revealed that three members of the organization’s politburo – Khalil al-Heya, Mohammad Nazzal and Khaled Meshaal – along with Hamas Shura Council chairman Mohammad Darwish are the frontrunners to succeed Sinwar.
Hamas sources told Asharq Al-Awsat that a consensus is emerging in the organization to keep the name of the next leader secret. The report said the move is aimed at giving the new official ‘more room to work and protect him from Israel, which is trying to assassinate most of the movement’s leaders.’
Sinwar was appointed head of Hamas’ political bureau after the death of Ismail Haniyya. Haniyya was assassinated in Tehran in July this year while attending the swearing-in ceremony of Iran’s newly-elected President Masoud Pezeshkian. Israeli forces killed Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar on Wednesday (October 16). According to Israel, Sinwar was the main strategist of last year’s October 7 attack.
Israel officially announced the death of the Hamas leader on Thursday (October 17). The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Shin Bet Security Agency said in a statement, ‘Sinwar, the mastermind of the October 7 attack and massacre, was killed in a shootout in Rafah, southern Gaza.’
Let us tell you that on October 7, 2023, about 1200 people were killed and more than 250 people were taken captive in Hamas attacks on Israel. Of these, 101 hostages are still missing, who are believed to be present in Gaza. After this attack, Israel declared war against Hamas and started attacks on the Gaza Strip occupied by the Palestinian group.
According to an October 24 report by Al Jazeera, Gaza’s Health Ministry says 43,603 people have been killed and 99,795 injured since the start of Israel’s war on the Palestinian territory in October 2023. According to the ministry, the death toll includes 84 deaths in the last 24 hours. According to the report, this number could possibly be much higher as about 10,000 bodies are buried in the huge rubble of destroyed buildings in the Gaza Strip.
