Uttarakhand: Big statement by former Kedarnath MLA, Government is doing fraud in the name of land law

A big statement of former Kedarnath MLA has come out regarding land law. Former Kedarnath MLA Manoj Rawat, while addressing a press conference today, said that Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami made an announcement in August Muni that we are implementing strong land laws in the state, but the government is trying to fool the people of the state in the name of land law.

Government is rigging in the name of land law

Former MLA Manoj Rawat says that the government is rigging in the name of land law. In the year 2018, when the Trivendra Rawat government was making changes in Section 143 and 153A of the Uttar Pradesh Land and Zamindari Evolution Act (upzalr), even at that time we openly opposed the policies of the government. But despite this, the government has opened an open way for the plunder of land in the state. The sins that were committed during the time of Trivendra Rawat government, Dhami ji turned it into a great sin.

The government has its eyes on Chopta’s land

Rawat says that even today any citizen of the country can buy 250 square meters of land for residential use in the state. No arrangement has been made in this regard. After giving the tourism land of Mussoorie to a private company, the government has also handed over the land of Pithoragarh to a private company. After this, this issue is also important for the people of Kedarnath because after Pithoragarh and Mussoorie, the government has now its eyes on the land of Chopta.
