The police has started investigating the matter.

The body of a child missing for three days was found lying in the forest in Piran Kaliyar police station area of Roorkee. On the complaint of the family, the police has registered a case of kidnapping in the matter. At the same time, now the family has suspected the murder of the child. SP Rural and other officials inspected the spot. After which the team has started investigating the matter. Forensic team has also been called to the spot.
The child had gone to graze goats
According to the information received, 13-year-old Uvesh, a resident of Kaliyar, went out of the house on October 24 to graze goats near Kavad Track but did not return. The family and police were busy searching for him. The family had given a written complaint to the police in which some relatives were accused of kidnapping.
On the basis of the complaint, the police had filed a case of kidnapping against three people. On Saturday, someone told that the child’s body was lying in a sugarcane field. The police and the family reached the spot in a hurry and then a crowd of people also gathered there. SP Rural Swapan Kishore Singh also reached the spot and took information about the incident and gave instructions to the subordinates.
