CM Dhami inaugurated Uttarakhand Niwas in New Delhi, people of the state will get accommodation facility
Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami inaugurated Uttarakhand Niwas in New Delhi today. Uttarakhand Niwas has been given a grand look. It has more than 50 rooms. People going to Delhi from Uttarakhand for important work will be able to stay in this residence.

Actually, the inauguration of Uttarakhand Niwas in New Delhi was also included in the programs of State Foundation Day. But after the horrific road accident in Salt of Almora district on November 4, the Dhami government has canceled all the major cultural programs. That is why today the inauguration of Uttarakhand Niwas in New Delhi was also done with simplicity.
People of the state will get accommodation facility
CM Dhami said that New Delhi is the national capital. People and officials of the state keep coming here from Uttarakhand. Right now the capacity of Uttarakhand Sadan is very low. Keeping this in mind, a new residence has been built. Uttarakhand Niwas has more than 50 rooms. A dormitory has also been built here for the guests to stay. The cultural diversities of the state have been depicted in the construction of Uttarakhand Niwas. Also, its architecture is worth seeing. Quality has been taken special care of in the construction of Uttarakhand Niwas. POP, tiles and electronic equipment of high quality have been installed.
Uttarakhand’s State Foundation Day is on 9 November
The state of Uttarakhand has completed 24 years of its establishment. November 9 is the 25th foundation day of the state. On this occasion, the Dhami government had organized many colorful programs. But due to the horrific road accident in Salt, Almora on November 4, all the programs have been canceled. 36 people lost their lives in the Almora accident. 27 people are seriously injured.
