CM Dhami reviewed the development works going on in Uttarkashi, said- we broke the back of copy mafia, took strict action on Jihadi incidents

CM Pushkar Singh Dhami was on a visit to Uttarkashi today. During this, he said that incidents of love, land and spit jihad will not be tolerated in the state. Strict action will be taken against those who carry out such incidents. Also, on the Uttarkashi mosque case, he said that the administration has been instructed to check the land records again. If any kind of tampering has been done, then its report will come soon, after that action will be taken. Whatever investigation is needed, it will be done.

Let us tell you that CM Pushkar Singh Dhami, who reached Uttarkashi today i.e. on November 6, first held a meeting of the officials. After which he visited Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Shakti Temple. Here CM Dhami participated in the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha organized by CM coordinator Kishore Bhatt and his family in the Kashi Vishwanath Temple Auditorium. He said that there are many such tourist places in the border Uttarkashi district, where tourists want to come all twelve months. The government is trying to further develop those tourist places.

CM Dhami said this about the widening of all-weather road from Uttarkashi to Bhaironghati

CM Dhami said that the matter of widening the all-weather road from Chungi Badethi to Bhaironghati on Gangotri Highway is going on in two ministries. There has been a hindrance at some places. Documents and information have been sought from the concerned departments regarding this. When this document is available, talks will also be held at the level of the Government of India. So that the work of all-weather road can start soon.

5 thousand acres of land is being freed from encroachment in Uttarakhand

He said that the campaign against encroachment has started, it has not ended. A campaign will be run against encroachment inside the entire state. No encroachment of any kind will be tolerated. Government lands will be freed from encroachment. At the same time, CM Dhami told that so far 5 thousand acres of land has been freed from encroachment in the state.

At the same time, CM Dhami reviewed the progress of development schemes and public welfare programs being run in Uttarkashi district. While instructing the officials, he said that special attention should be paid to providing full benefits of the schemes to the eligible persons and ensuring easy access of departmental services to the general public. He also said that the roads are being improved and facilities are being expanded in Uttarkashi, which has picturesque natural beauty and better climate. Due to which there is a possibility of a significant increase in the tourism sector. Apart from this, CM Dhami directed to dispose of the action related to the permission of the Forest Department for the roads proposed by PMGSY in the area falling under Govind Wildlife Sanctuary. He said that after the Supreme Court’s stay in this regard is lifted, there should be no delay now. He also reviewed the works of Jal Jeevan Mission.
