A girl from Thailand, who had come to visit Lake City Udaipur with her friend, was shot at midnight on Friday. The bullet is said to have hit the girl’s back. The girl is undergoing treatment at MB Hospital in Udaipur. Her condition is said to be out of danger there. It has not been revealed yet who shot her and why. According to the police, the girl who was shot, Thongkhot (24), is a resident of Thailand. She had come to Udaipur with a friend. Thongkhot was staying with her friend in a hotel located in Mali Colony of the city. Initial investigation by the police revealed that Thongkhot left the hotel at 1.30 am on Friday night, telling her friend that she was going out and coming back. CCTV footage of the girl leaving the hotel has also surfaced.
The girl’s condition is now said to be out of danger
After that she went out. At night, someone shot her in the Sukher area of the city. Due to this, she fell there. Later, a taxi driver took her to a private hospital in Sukher. From there, she was referred to MB Hospital. On Saturday morning, at around 5:30, the MB hospital staff informed the police about this. On this, police officers reached the spot. Later, she was admitted to the hospital and her treatment was started. The girl’s condition is now said to be out of danger.
