Uttarakhand / Champawat: Terror of stray dogs, 10 women were bitten and injured, panic in the area
These days stray dogs have created terror in Lohaghat town of Champawat district. So far stray dogs have injured many people by biting them. A stray dog injured 10 women by biting them within an hour.
10 women injured by dog bites
On Thursday morning, a stray dog injured ten women including a mentally ill woman by biting them within an hour. Constable Hem Mehra, who reached the spot, along with the local people, barely rescued the women from the clutches of the dog. After which the women were taken to the sub-district hospital of Lohaghat.
Villagers demanded relief from the terror of dogs from the municipality
The injured women say that suddenly a white dog came and attacked near the bus station and State Bank and injured all the women. The local people say that stray dogs have created terror in the town at various places. The villagers have demanded relief from the terror of stray dogs from the municipality Lohaghat.
