Uttarakhand’s declared summer capital, Bhararisain (Gairsain), was bustling on Wednesday even without the assembly session. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami chaired the meeting of the Migration Prevention Commission along with discussing the proposed land law for Uttarakhand during the day. At the same time, he heard the problems of the local people during the night rest, in this way the summer capital once again remained the center point of the state’s governance on Wednesday.
The summer capital usually sees a lot of hustle and bustle only during the budget session. But on Wednesday, the Bhararisain Assembly complex was once again immersed in governance throughout the day. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami here on Wednesday first of all had a long brainstorming with senior officials and retired officials on the proposed land law for Uttarakhand. After this, he chaired the meeting of the Migration Prevention Commission constituted for the purpose of preventing migration in the mountains, immediately after which he participated in the state-level rural entrepreneurship development workshop, in which representatives of women self-help groups and rural entrepreneurs from all parts of the state participated. The CM heard everyone’s experiences and suggestions in the workshop.
Not only this, the Chief Minister also stayed overnight in Bhararisain on Wednesday. During this time also he met the local villagers and listened to their problems. For the first time a Chief Minister has stayed overnight in Bhararisain without the assembly session. This has sent a clear message to the officials regarding the summer capital.
