Toll is free at these 7 plazas in UP, no fee will be paid, Yogi government’s big decision

Yogi government has taken a big decision in Uttar Pradesh. The government has given good news regarding toll tax on the highway. Now no toll will have to be paid for passing through 7 toll plazas of UP. The government has taken this step regarding the Maha Kumbh to be held in Prayagraj in January 2025. For 45 days, people will be able to pass through these toll plazas without paying any fee. However, this exemption will be only for private vehicles. Commercial and heavy vehicles will have to pay toll.

Let us tell you that Maha Kumbh is to be held in Prayagraj between January 13 and February 26 next year. The UP government is preparing for this. In the year 2019 also, the UP government had made toll free during the organization of Kumbh.

1. Umapur toll plaza on Chitrakoot highway
2. Mauaima toll on Ayodhya highway
3. Andhiyari toll on Lucknow highway
4. Mungari toll on Mirzapur road
5. India toll on Varanasi road
6. Kokhraj toll on Kanpur road
7. Handia toll on Varanasi road
