Badrinath Dham: Recitation of Vedic hymns has stopped, today Kadhai Bhog will be offered to Goddess Lakshmi

The doors of the world famous Badrinath Dham will be closed for winter this year on November 17 at 9:07 pm. On last Friday, worship and recitation of Vedic hymns have been stopped in the Dham.
Recitation of Vedic hymns stopped
On the first day, Lord Ganesha was worshipped under Panch Pujas. In the evening, the doors of Lord Ganesha were closed with rituals on the same day. On November 14, the doors of Adi Kedareshwar Temple and Shankaracharya Temple were closed. On November 15, Khadga-Pustaka Puja and recitation of Vedic hymns were stopped.
Khadai Bhog will be offered to Maa Lakshmi today
On November 16, Kadhai Bhog will be offered to Maa Lakshmi. On November 17, the doors of Badrinath Dham will be closed at 9:07 pm. On Monday 18th November, Rawal, Adi Guru Shankaracharya’s throne along with Kuber and Uddhav will depart for their winter sojourn at Pandukeshwar and Nrisinha Temple Joshimath.
Winter Pujas will be held at Nrisinha Temple Joshimath
Let us tell you that Uddhav and Lord Kuber will stay at Pandukeshwar during winters. Adi Guru Shankaracharya’s throne will reach the throne place Nrisinha Temple Joshimath on 19th November after their stay at Pandukeshwar on Monday 18th November. Along with this, winter Pujas will be held at their winter sojourn at Pandukeshwar and Nrisinha Temple Joshimath.
Madmaheshwar Temple’s doors will be closed on 20th November
Let us tell you that out of the four Dhams of Uttarakhand, the doors of Kedarnath Dham, Yamunotri Dham, Gangotri Dham have been closed in the first week of November. Along with this, the doors of Rudranath and Tungnath Temple have also been closed. The doors of Madmaheshwar Temple will be closed for winters on 20th November.
