The deceased youth has been identified as Samarth Sahu (20) son of Chandrashekhar Sahu, resident of Nehru Nagar, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. While the injured youth has been identified as Melvin Simon Minj (22) son of Lalit Kumar Minj, resident of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
