UPNL employees trust the promise of the Chief Secretary

In the case of regularization of UPNL employees, on one hand the government has filed a review petition in the Supreme Court, on the other hand the employee organizations say that they have full faith in the promise of Chief Secretary Radha Raturi, in which Radha Raturi has promised to get the UPNL employees to talk to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami by November 25.

Pradeep Chauhan, media in-charge of Uttarakhand UPNL Employees Organization, says that they first of all have faith in the assurance given by the government. Due to which they had stopped their agitation, while despite that, if a review petition is filed by the government in the Supreme Court, then it is their legal right, but UPNL employees are also not going to back down in this matter in any way, they will also knock the doors of the Supreme Court. In the UPNL employee regularization case, the Uttarakhand government has filed a review petition in the Supreme Court on November 8.

Harish Rawat said – What did the UPNL employees do to the BJP?

Former Chief Minister Harish Rawat observed a silent fast for 1 hour at his residence in Dehradun in support of the demands of the Upanal employees. He said that what harm have the Upanal employees done to the BJP? The government is resorting to every possible means to deprive them of justice and now once again a review petition is being filed in the Supreme Court.

Harish Rawat says that his silent fast is dedicated to the struggle of those children, those brothers and sisters, who are struggling to protect their livelihood and live a respectable life. He said that today the entire state knows these people as Upanal employees or guest teachers, hoping to get proper salary in return for their work, but the government of Uttarakhand is constantly ignoring them.

Harda said that even the rights that the judiciary is giving them, the government is trying to hijack them instead of following them. Therefore, the government should come to its senses and the struggle of these brothers and sisters should be successful, this wish has been dedicated through this silent fast.

In fact, the government has again approached the Supreme Court against the decision of the Supreme Court in the case of Upanal employees of Uttarakhand. This has angered more than 22 thousand employees working through Upanal in various departments of the state. In support of these employees, on Friday, former Chief Minister Harish Rawat dedicated his silent fast to the wish for the good sense of the government and the struggle of Upanal employees.
