Uttarakhand: There will be a ban on parking of vehicles in Pithoragarh till November 20, decision taken due to VVIP program
Due to the upcoming VVIP program in Pithoragarh city, the police has banned the parking of vehicles on both sides of the road from Encholi Tiraha to Malika Arjun School and Encholi to Ghat Road till November 20. The police has taken this step to maintain smooth traffic system and ensure security during the VVIP program.
Parking of vehicles will remain banned till November 20
According to the police, action can be taken against the vehicle owners who park there on this route till November 20. The police has appealed to the city residents to use alternative places for parking arrangements and follow this system. So that there is no hindrance in traffic.
If vehicles are parked, the police will take them to the police line
Under the leadership of Area Officer Parvez Ali, the police launched a campaign to remove vehicles in the said area. According to the police, if any vehicle is found parked in the said area till November 20, it will be towed by a crane and taken to the police line. The police has appealed to the general public to cooperate with the police in improving the traffic system.
