The death of six children in the horrific road accident (Dehradun car accident) that took place on the night of November 11 in Dehradun remains a topic of discussion. Smart City has revealed another truth of the dark night of the accident. CCTV revealed that the youth took a U-turn upon reaching the police post on Kanwali Road. This U-turn is being cited as the reason for the death of all the youth.

The investigation of Dehradun Police and Transport Department is ongoing. Meanwhile, when Smart City investigated the route of the car, a new revelation has been made. The CCTV footage revealed a route of about six kilometers of the car. In which the youth are seen taking a U-turn in front of the police post on Kanwali Road. After taking a U-turn, the car then reached ONGC Chowk via Govindgarh, Balliwala, in front of Synergy Hospital. Where suddenly the speed of the car increased and this accident happened.

CCTV also captured that before Ballupur, a luxury car BMW crossed the road. Perhaps the youth could not tolerate overtaking it and started racing with the car. As soon as the car increased its speed at Synergy Hospital, it collided with the ONGC Chowk container and this dangerous accident happened. The container is also seen going at its normal speed in the CCTV. It is believed that the speed of the container must have been around 20 to 22 kilometers per hour.

At 01.08.08 the Innova car passed through Wadia Institute, at 01.08.57 Balliwala, at 01.09.32 Govindgarh, at 01.10.13 Kanwali Road Police Chowki, then it took a U-turn at 01.16.07 Kanwali Road Police Chowki, at 01.16.52 Govindgarh, at 01.17.27 Balliwala, at 01.19.40 the car was seen with the BMW car at Synergy Hospital. After which at 01.19.40 the accident took place at ONGC Chowk.
