Maharashtra Police has also taken action against Vinod Tawde and others. Tulinj Police has taken action under section-223 of BNS and section-126 of RPT Act-1951. About 250 people including Vinod Tawde and BJP candidate Rajan are accused in this. This FIR has been registered on the statement of constable Vikram Uttam Panhalkar at Tulinj station. There is no allegation of distributing money in it. This action has been taken after the campaign ended and an outsider leader illegally came to the area and held a meeting.
