The court has given a big order to survey the Jama Masjid located in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. Let us tell you that the Hindu side has claimed that there was an ancient Shri Hari Har temple at the site of this mosque and a petition was filed in the court regarding this, in this case, the court has ordered a commissioner survey of Shahi Jama Masjid on the basis of the claim of the Hindu side. The civil court has ordered a court commissioner survey of Shahi Jama Masjid of Sambhal.

The court has ordered Advocate Commissioning for a thorough investigation of this matter. Under this process, an Advocate Commissioner will be appointed, who will conduct the survey work at the disputed site.

This is a big claim of the Hindu side

Let us tell you that the Jama Masjid was built in the 16th century during the Mughal period and it is an important religious place for the Muslim community. However, the Hindu side claims that Babar had demolished the Sri Harihar Temple in 1529 and built a mosque at this place. Lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain argues that this place is a center of religious beliefs and he believes that the Kalki avatar is said to appear here in the future. At present, the disputed building is under the supervision of ASI i.e. Archaeological Survey of India. According to information, namaz is offered here five times a day and entry of non-Muslims is prohibited.

District administration called force

According to the decision of Civil Judge (Senior Division) of Sambhal, Court Commissioner Survey of Shahi Masjid i.e. Advocate Commissioner has been asked to conduct a survey. The court says that this will make it easier to do justice in the dispute. Let us tell you that the court has given its decision on the petition of Advocate Harishankar Jain. In its order, the court has said that photography and videography of the survey should also be done. According to the petitioner’s lawyer Vishnu Shankar, the Court Commissioner Survey of Shahi Masjid can start this evening. In view of this, the district administration has called additional force.
