This Russian missile can launch a nuclear attack on America, Putin is preparing to use it on Ukraine, know how dangerous it is

Russia is preparing for a major attack against Ukraine. In this attack, Russia can launch its intercontinental missile RS-26 Rubezh. The US Embassy recently issued a warning about possible serious attacks over Ukraine, which has fueled speculation about Russia allegedly launching the RS-26 Rubezh. This missile of Russia is capable of attacking the US and carrying conventional as well as nuclear weapons.

Russia can attack Ukraine with a missile

The possible launch of Rubezh has been reported on Telegram channels linked to Ukraine, suggesting that Russia could use this intercontinental ballistic missile without a nuclear warhead. Sources claim that the launch could take place from the Kapustin Yar test range in the Astrakhan region. However, there was no evidence of these claims.

US Embassy closed due to fear of attack

So far Moscow has not given any information about its plans regarding the RS-26 Rubezh. Meanwhile, the operation of the US Embassy in Kiev has been closed on Wednesday due to the possibility of a possible significant air strike in Ukraine. The US mission has given information about this.

Analysts speculate that the RS-26 may be deployed in response to attacks by US ATACMS missiles on Ukraine. The US recently approved the use of these missiles to Ukraine, after which the Ukrainian army has used them for the first time. However, experts say that such claims about the missile may be part of the Kremlin’s psychological strategy to put pressure on Western countries.

Strength of Russia’s new missile

RS-26 ‘Rubezh’ is a mobile ground ballistic missile system of Russia, which is derived from RS-24 ‘Yars’. Work on this missile started in 2006 and it was first tested in 2011. With a weight of 40-50 tonnes, this missile can strike up to 6000 kilometers. That is, Russia can attack US land with the help of this missile. The missile was planned to be put into service in 2017, but it was excluded from the weapons program until 2028. Experts believe that the Kremlin may resume its production.
