Police Commissioner Mohit Agarwal said that clerks who unnecessarily harass policemen and promote corruption will be sent to jail. Policemen should not have to visit the police office for their work such as TA payment, medical bills etc. For this reason, Sainik Sammelan will be held every month, in which feedback of clerks will be sought from the police personnel.

In a meeting held at the camp office on Wednesday, the Police Commissioner reviewed the disposed and pending cases of various branches of the office. During this, he said that if any file is found unnecessarily pending, action will be taken against the concerned clerk. Police personnel work 24 hours in police stations, their welfare is our priority. At the Commissionerate level, the file related to pension payment and deceased dependent recruitment of any employee should not be unnecessarily pending.

The integrity of policemen going to jail in corruption and criminal cases will be stopped. At the same time, he reviewed the disposed and pending cases of the Chief Clerk Office and various branches. Cases should not be kept pending unnecessarily. DCP (Headquarters) should review it weekly. Joint Police Commissioner Dr. K.
