Elon Musk said something big about India’s election system! California is also discussed
The world’s richest industrialist and billionaire Elon Musk has made a big comment on India’s election system. Comparing the US presidential election with India’s Lok Sabha election, he has said that India has counted 640 million i.e. 64 crore votes in one day, but the counting of votes is still going on in the US state of California.
Elon Musk, owner of social media site X, has given his opinion on his own social media site. Reacting to a post, Elon Musk has written, ‘India has counted 640 million votes in a day, while California is still counting votes.’
Let us tell you that votes were cast in America on 5-6 November. Since then, the counting of votes is still going on there. California is also one of these.
There is one state. However, the counting of votes has been completed in other states of America and Donald Trump has been declared the winner in this election. Trump is now going to take oath as the President of America in January.
The fundamental difference between the elections of India and America is that in America voting still takes place through ballot paper, whereas India has chosen EVM for voting years ago.
Another user has written that India counted 640 million votes in a single day but California is still counting 15 million votes i.e. 1.5 crore votes and 18 days have passed since the voting ended. Reacting to this post, Elon Musk has written that this is very sad.
Musk also tweeted about freeing the people from government
Let us tell you that on Saturday also the election results of two states in India, Maharashtra and Jharkhand, have come, here also the counting of votes took place in a single day.
SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk remains in the news due to his surprising statements. Elon Musk, who praised India’s election system for its speed, was calling EVM ‘dangerous’ in July this year. Elon Musk had then said that electronic voting machines and postal voting can be ‘very dangerous’ and it should be replaced by ballot paper voting and direct voting.
Just a few days before making this statement, Elon Musk had said that we should eliminate electronic voting machines, the risk of it being hacked by humans or AI is small but the possibility is very high.
