Uttarakhand / Almora: Scooty riding miscreants looted cash from a passerby, police arrested the accused within a few hours

Even in the mountains, the courage of the miscreants is increasing. Two unidentified persons riding a scooty threatened a passerby walking on the road and looted his hard earned money. The police started searching for the accused after the complaint of the victim.

According to the information received from the police, on November 23, Madan Gartimagar, resident of village Chupra, police station Danya, originally from Nepal, told in the complaint that on November 22 at 10 pm, he was going to his house on foot from Danya market. During this time, two unknown persons riding a scooty stopped me and threatened me. The victim said that the accused fled with five thousand rupees cash, phone and torch kept in his pocket.
The police arrested the accused within a few hours
The police registered a case against the unidentified persons and started investigating the matter. The police arrested both the accused within five hours and sent them behind bars. The accused have been identified as Gaurav Joshi (24), son of Daya Kishan Joshi, a resident of Danya district and Suresh Chandra Joshi (23), son of Urvadutt Joshi, a resident of Danya district, Almora.
