On one hand, the government is spending crores of rupees by running several schemes to make the villages clean and tidy across the state. On the other hand, there are heaps of garbage in the Gram Panchayats. There is a heap of garbage in front of the school and the children are forced to go to school through it.

There is a heap of garbage in front of the Government Primary School located in Basedi village of Laxsar development block. Dirty water from the drains is accumulated on the road in front of the school. Even the children studying in the school are forced to go to school through this filth.
No action taken even after complaining
The assistant teacher of the school, Amit Sharma, says that the school has got this garbage cleaned several times by paying money itself. The village head has also been asked to solve this garbage. But no action is taken on this. The villagers say that the road in front of the government school in their village is filled with dirty water and there is no one to take care of it.
Block Development Officer gave instructions for cleanliness
The villagers say that due to the filth in the village, their village has been affected by dengue in the past as well. Despite this, no one is ready to improve this filth. When we talked to Laksar Block Development Officer Pawan Singh Saini in this matter, he said that the matter has come to his notice. He has given instructions to the village head to resolve it.
