Two loud explosions took place near two clubs in Sector-26 of Chandigarh at around 3:15 am on Monday night, which shook the entire area. As soon as the information about the case was received, the police and other investigation teams reached the spot and started the investigation.
On Tuesday, Goldie Brar and Rohit Godara of Lawrence Bishnoi Group have taken responsibility for this bomb blast. They have uploaded a post on Facebook and written that we have got the bomb blast done in Chandigarh. After this, now the investigation teams are linking this incident to terrorist activities besides demanding ransom.
According to the information, two youths who came on a bike outside Deora and Sewale Club in Sector-26 have escaped from the spot after carrying out the explosion. All the glasses of the club were shattered due to the blast. Forensic experts and other investigation agencies including the police have also reached the spot and started the investigation. The police have surrounded the entire area from all sides.
The team of Punjab Anti Gangster Task Force has also reached the spot and is investigating. Initial investigation has revealed that the attack was carried out by throwing bombs made of jute rope.

Chandigarh Police has officially released information about this bomb blast case and said that a loud sound was reported near SCO number 23 of Sector 26 at around 3:30 in the morning.
PCR reached the spot. The police team inspected the spot and recovered pieces of broken jute rope from the spot. CFSL team was called on the spot and further investigation is being done.
The negligence of Chandigarh Police is also coming to the fore in the blast case outside two clubs. When this incident happened at 3:14 in the night, police night domination was going on in the entire city from 10 pm to 5 am. At the place where these blasts took place, the operation cell of UT Police and Sector-26 police station are located just 50 meters away from the spot. One of these clubs belongs to the famous rapper Badshah.
The blast took place at 3:15 in the night
Club employee Puran said that we came out after hearing a loud blast. The glass of the door was broken, after which we complained to the police. There were 7-8 employees inside the restaurant at the time of the blast. No one was injured. CCTV is not working. This incident happened at around 3:15 in the morning, when the restaurant was closed.
Hand grenade was thrown at the bungalow in September
On September 11, two youths riding an auto rickshaw attacked bungalow number 575 in Sector 10 of Chandigarh with a hand grenade bomb. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is investigating that case. There was no loss of life or property in that incident, but all the glass panes of the windows in the bungalow were broken.
The accused were caught within 72 hours
In this case, the name of Happy Pashia, who lives abroad, had come to the fore, in which he had taken the responsibility of getting the blast done to kill Jaskirat Singh Chahal, who retired from the post of SP in Punjab Police. Within 72 hours of the incident, special teams of Punjab Police arrested both the bomb throwers, Rohan Masih and Vishal Masih, from Amritsar and Delhi.
