Uttarakhand: Cabinet minister took out a padayatra and made the young generation take an oath to live by the Constitution
Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya today administered the oath to school children to live in the Constitution era on the occasion of Constitution Day. Along with this, appealed to contribute to the progress of the country and the state.
Administered oath to children
On the occasion of Constitution Day, the minister started the padyatra from Pavilion Ground in Dehradun and reached Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar Park located at Ghanta Ghar. Where the minister paid tribute to Baba Saheb. After this, administered the oath of the Constitution to the young generation of the country and appealed to the citizens to contribute to the progress of the country and the state by living in the Constitution era.
Today is a day of pride for India: Minister
Before the padyatra, the minister said that Constitution Day is a day of pride for the whole of India. Referring to the struggles of Baba Saheb’s life, he said that despite the inhuman behavior he saw from the birth of Baba Saheb to giving the Constitution to the country, he continued his studies and composed the book in the form of Constitution by making education and knowledge a weapon.
Young generation should take inspiration from Baba Saheb
Minister Rekha Arya said that our young generation should take inspiration from Baba Saheb’s life and learn that if a person works with determination and hard work, he can win over the struggles of life. The minister said that if we have to take India forward, then we all have to run it as per the Constitution, only then our country will move ahead on the path of progress and development.
