Uttarakhand: MP Naresh Bansal became a member of the Business Advisory Committee in Rajya Sabha, constituted by the Vice President

Rajya Sabha MP and BJP National Co-Treasurer Naresh Bansal has been made a member of the Business Advisory Committee (BMC), the most important committee for the functioning of the Rajya Sabha. Rajya Sabha Chairman and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar has formed the committee.

The Rajya Sabha Chairman is the chairman of this committee and 10 MPs from various parties have been nominated as members in the committee. This committee determines the functioning of the Rajya Sabha, recommends during discussions and suggests topics for debate in the House. The committee works under the direction of the Chairman (Rajya Sabha). The Business Advisory Committee is a permanent committee of Parliament, which is constituted at a fixed interval of time.

Apart from Naresh Bansal, it includes MP and Deputy Chairman Harivansh, Laxmikant Vajpayee, Radha Mohandas Aggarwal, Sudhanshu Trivedi from BJP-NDA. Apart from these, MP Pramod Tiwari, Jairam Ramesh, Sanjay Singh, Derek O Brien, V Vijay Sai Reddy have been nominated as members.
