Violators of the old land law will not be spared in Uttarakhand, Dhami appealed to the people of the state not to buy land from outsiders
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached Haldwani on Saturday. Here Chief Minister Dhami participated in many programs and speaking on land law, said that his government is very strict about land law. Those who have violated the land law will not be spared at any cost.
Chief Minister Dhami said bluntly that no one will be allowed to tamper with the original form of Uttarakhand. CM Dhami clarified that those against whom land investigation is going on are now trying to sell their land to the people of Uttarakhand. In such a situation, local people are being appealed not to buy land from those who have violated the land law. Otherwise they too can get into trouble.
He said that there are many outsiders in the state who have not followed the law of Uttarakhand’s land purchase rules while purchasing land. Legal action will definitely be taken against them. He said that the doors are always open for those who are ready to invest for the development of Uttarakhand. But in the case of land law violation, there are many land mafias who have violated the rules and used it for other purposes. Action will also be taken against them.
It is worth noting that while on a tour of Haldwani on Saturday, CM Dhami inaugurated the city park being built in Haldwani by cutting the ribbon. Tarai Central Forest Division is building a city forest in Haldwani. Information related to wildlife and forest will be available. The City Forest Park built at a cost of one crore in Haldwani was dedicated to the public. Where many types of activities will be seen in the park apart from swings for children to play.
During this, the Chief Minister participated in a workshop organized by the Indian Medical Association held at a private hotel in Haldwani. Where about 400 doctors from many states apart from Uttarakhand participated. Chief Minister Dhami inaugurated the workshop.
