VIP meeting of Devprayag MLA, met Yogi, also met Defense Minister
Devprayag MLA Vinod Kandhari met Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today. During this, he expressed gratitude for the support given for the Bharat Darshan program. During this, he invited Yogi Adityanath to attend the Madho Singh Bhandari fair. He said that the story of Madho Singh Bhandari is the pride story of Uttarakhand. During this, Yogi Adityanath also gave in-principle approval to come to the fair.
MLA Vinod Kandhari also met Defense Minister Rajnath. During this, he demanded to open a CSD canteen in Devprayag. He said that the land of Garhwal is the land of brave soldiers. Here one person from every family is deployed on the border to serve the country. Soldiers, ex-soldiers and their dependents residing in the area have to run to Srinagar and Pauri in another district Pauri to get the canteen facility. Due to which they have to face a lot of problems.
MLA Vinod Kandhari said that opening of CSD in the area will benefit the ex-soldiers and their dependents. Defense Minister Singh has assured them of appropriate action. This has given rise to a new hope for the ex-servicemen and their dependents of the area to open a canteen. MLA Vinod Kandhari said that the meeting with the Defence Minister was positive.
