Uttarakhand: Kumaon Commissioner Deepak Rawat inspected Rudrapur Stadium, three games of National Games will be held here

The date of the 38th National Games has been announced. National Games will be held in Uttarakhand from 28 January to 14 February. Preparations for this are in the final stage. The Sports Department of Uttarakhand is claiming that all the preparations have been completed on time. In this sequence, Kumaon Commissioner Deepak Rawat inspected the Rudrapur Stadium on Wednesday.

Kumaon Commissioner Deepak Rawat inspected the under-construction indoor stadium and cycling track. Along with this, he took necessary information from the officials and also gave necessary guidelines. During this, he has asked to fix the work regarding lighting, ventilation and water drainage of the indoor stadium before time.

It is worth noting that the 38th National Games are to be held in Uttarakhand from 28 January to 14 February. In such a situation, three games handball, volleyball and cycling are to be held in Manoj Sarkar Stadium of Rudrapur. About fifteen hundred players will reach Rudrapur for these three games.

Kumaon Commissioner Deepak Rawat said that preparations for the National Games are being made by the administration. Three national games are also proposed in Rudrapur. For this, a monitoring committee will be formed under the leadership of the District Magistrate. Apart from this, there is adequate arrangement for the stay of the players.
