There was a stir in Mukhani of Haldwani when the body of the health worker was found hanging from a noose in the room. On receiving the information, the police team reached the spot. Investigation of the case is going on.

According to the information, Sachin Digari (33), a native of Pithoragarh, living on rent in Mukhani area, was working in the health department. Sachin’s wife also works in the health department in Champawat. Sachin was living in a rented room in Mukhani. It is being told that Sachin last spoke to his wife on the phone on Thursday night. After which he went to sleep. Late night Sachin hanged himself in his room. When the landlord found Sachin hanging in the room at around 1.30 am, he informed the police about it.

Police engaged in investigation

As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot, brought Sachin down and took him to the hospital. Where the doctors declared him dead. The police have handed over the body of the deceased health worker Sachin to his family after post-mortem. The police have searched the deceased’s room, but no suicide note has been recovered from the spot. At present, the police is investigating the case from every angle.
