Uttarakhandi influence will be seen in everything from food to entertainment in the World Ayurveda Congress, the colors of Chholiya dance will be spread, along with Kafli-Lal Bhaat, Dhami said – the culture of the state will be promoted in the country and the world
In Ayurveda Congress and Arogya Expo-2024, Uttarakhandi impression will be seen from food to entertainment. More than two dozen hill items will be served in the plate of delegates from India and abroad. A four-day menu has been prepared. Two days have been fixed for cultural programs, in which Mangal Gayan to Chholiya and other Uttarakhandi dances will be presented.
This world-class event is going to be held from 12 to 15 December at Parade Ground Dehradun. During this, there will be in-depth discussion on Ayurveda. On this big occasion, steps have also been taken to promote hill culture. According to AYUSH Secretary Ravinath Raman, a glimpse of Uttarakhand culture will be seen in the food of the delegates and the cultural programs to be held during this period.

Manduva roti, homemade butter, sesame kuchai, Bhatt ki chutkani, Chamba rajma, red sathi bhaat, ghugti, aske, yellow rai chutney.
