Uttarakhand: Congress’s star campaigners started campaigning for civic elections, Harak Singh Rawat took charge

Former cabinet minister and Congress leader Harak Singh Rawat reached Rishikesh to ensure victory of Deepak Jatav, the mayor candidate from Congress, and Abhinav Singh, the Congress councilor candidate from ward number 27. Here he campaigned in support of both the candidates near Shivaji Nagar and Barrage Colony and appealed to the people to vote for Deepak Jatav and Abhinav Singh for the development of the area.
Harak Singh Rawat said that everyone has seen what development happens with a triple engine government. Now people have started remembering Congress again. This is the reason why people are leaving the BJP and joining hands with the Congress. Even today, BJP leader Nanak Chand Gupta and his son Manoj Gupta, residents of Shivaji Nagar, fed up with the neglect of their own party, have said goodbye to the BJP and joined hands with the Congress.
Congress councilor candidate Abhinav Singh said that how the development of the area came to a standstill in the last 5 years and under what circumstances it happened is not hidden from anyone. It is the responsibility of the public to vote for them once and ensure their victory. He said that serving the voters as a son for the entire 5 years will be his priority.
Abhinav Singh said that he will fulfil the promises made to the voters during the campaign. Meanwhile, Deepak Jatav, the mayor candidate from Congress, campaigned for himself and Abhinav Singh and asked for votes from the people. Deepak Jatav said that there is no difference between the words and actions of the Congress. People have understood this very well.
