A case of murder of an 11-year-old child has come to light in Selaqui area. The child’s killers were none other than his own neighbours. The accused kidnapped the child and killed him to take revenge from the boy’s father. The police have arrested both the murderers.
11-year-old boy kidnapped
The child’s father, Irfan son Nisar, a resident of Selaqui, had given a complaint to the police regarding the matter. In which he told that his 11-year-old son Armaan had gone somewhere without informing him, even after a lot of searching, Armaan could not be found. Seeing the seriousness of the incident, the police started looking for the child. The police searched the CCTV cameras installed on the roads around the child’s house. From which it was found that a person riding a motorcycle was taking the child.

When the police showed the CCTV footage to the child’s father, it was found that the person taking his son on the bike was a person named Arbaaz. Who works as a labourer in Selaqui itself. Police detained Arbaaz for interrogation. During strict interrogation, the accused told that he along with his friend Sohail murdered the boy in the forest of Sudhowala on 11th January. Police has recovered the body of the boy from the forest on the information given by the accused.
There was a dispute with the boy’s father
During interrogation, accused Arbaaz told that he works as a labourer in Selaqui. He and Arman’s father live nearby. Due to which they knew each other well. Earlier, the accused had a dispute with the father of the deceased boy over some issue. Due to this, with the aim of scaring the boy’s father, he along with his friend Sohail took the boy with him by luring him.
Killed the boy after getting drunk
The accused told that on the day of kidnapping the boy, both of them drank alcohol and took the boy to the forest of Sudhowala. Where the boy started making noise. Fearing being identified, the accused killed the boy by strangulating him in an inebriated state and left the body in the forest. After this, the accused along with the child’s family started roaming around with them in search of the child, so that no one could suspect them. The police also arrested Sohail and registered a case against both the accused under the relevant sections and sent them to jail.
