Voting for the Delhi Assembly elections is going to be held on February 5. The main contest in Delhi is between the Aam Aadmi Party, BJP and Congress. As soon as the elections come, all the political parties are trying to get the voters on their side. Meanwhile, the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi has written a letter to the people of different assembly constituencies of Delhi. In this letter, PM Modi has appealed to the voters to vote for the BJP candidates. Let us know what PM Modi has said.

What did PM Modi say?

For example, PM Modi wrote for the voters of Shalimar Bagh Assembly constituency – “My dear Delhiites, Namaskar, hope you are healthy and happy. BJP’s dedicated worker Rekha Gupta ji is our candidate to represent your dreams and aspirations in Delhi’s Shalimar Bagh Assembly constituency. Rekha Gupta ji has set a unique example of public service and dedication in her long public life. Rekha Gupta ji has done excellent work from the post of President of Delhi Student Union to the post of National Vice President of Mahila Morcha. During this time, she effectively highlighted women’s issues and took commendable steps to provide quality health services to the people of the area, especially women and children.

She has served the public as a councilor twice from Pitampura-North and once from Shalimar Bagh-B. Her efforts have led to the construction of roads and drains, garbage management, street lights, and beautification of gardens in Shalimar Bagh and Pitampura. The experience and service spirit of Mrs. Rekha Gupta ji will give a new direction to the development of Shalimar Bagh. I am confident that all of you will support her and make her victorious.

PM Modi further wrote- “As today we are moving forward with the vision of “Developed India @2047”. The national capital Delhi has a big role in the accomplishment of this resolution of ours. Whether it is the issue of Ease of Living or Ease of Travel, Quality of Life and Ease of Doing Business, a BJP government is necessary in Delhi. Certainly, every vote cast by Delhiites for the BJP in the upcoming assembly elections will strengthen the resolve for a developed India.”

PM Modi told the voters of Delhi- “In the last 10 years, the Government of India has worked with full sincerity for the development of Delhi. The BJP government has ended the biggest worry of the lives of millions of people by regularizing hundreds of unauthorized colonies. Our major focus has been on the construction of modern infrastructure in Delhi. The future of the youth of Delhi should be bright, new opportunities should be created for them every day. This has been our commitment. We want to make Delhi such a capital that develops as an important center in relation to the new world order. A capital that becomes a modern model of urban development.

We are engaged in serving Delhi with good intentions. We want the obstacles being created in building permanent houses for the poor to be removed, the problem of water and sewerage in the colonies of Delhi should be solved. We want to give the benefit of Ayushman Yojana to the people of Delhi. We want to implement women empowerment schemes in Delhi. The expansion of AIIMS in Delhi and the newly built AYUSH institutes have helped people a lot.”

PM Modi further said- “Today, a network of expressways is being laid to connect Delhi with other parts of the country, our Delhi is getting connected to the industrial corridor. To deal with the traffic challenges in Delhi, the work of Peripheral Expressway, Earthen Extension Road, Dwarka Expressway has been completed. In 2014, the total network of metro in Delhi-NCR was less than 200 kilometers. Today it has increased to more than double. Today more than 1200 electric buses provided by the Government of India are also running in Delhi. The construction of modern convention centers like Bharat Mandapam, Yashobhoomi is making Delhi a major center of global events. The efforts of the Government of India have given a new strength to the global identity of Delhi. Friends, now the time has come to give priority to public service in Delhi, now the time has come to elect the Bharatiya Janata Party, to form a double engine government in Delhi.”

Uttarakhand / Dehradun: A heart wrenching incident has come to light from Vikasnagar in Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand. Where a young man killed his own mother and fled from the spot. Actually this incident is of 3rd August. Where Herbertpur police got information about a fire in a house in Rambagh area. When the police reached the spot, they found the burnt body of an old woman inside. The owner of the house, Sanjay Singh Rana, identified the body as his wife Suresho Devi alias Vandana Rana. Earlier it seemed that the woman died due to burning in the fire but the investigation revealed the case of murder. In such a situation, today the police has arrested him. Murdered mother when he did not get money for drugs The next day of the incident, the husband of the deceased, Sanjay Singh, while giving a complaint to the police, told that his son Manmohan Singh used to live with his mother. He was addicted to drugs and often used to demand money from his mother. There used to be a lot of quarrel between the two when the mother refused. The father told that Manmohan was missing from home since the incident. After which, he expressed doubt that maybe his son had committed the murder and set the room on fire. The police already suspected the son The police immediately registered a case against the son and started investigation. After which, on the night of 14 August, the police arrested Manmohan Singh from Kulhal area. During interrogation, Manmohan Singh confessed his crime. He told that he has been addicted to drugs for a long time. He has already gone to jail in drug smuggling and Arms Act cases. On the day of the incident, he had asked his mother for money for drugs. But his mother refused to give him money and also did not let him go out of the house. He fled with the money after the murder After which, Manmohan Singh, in anger, attacked his mother’s neck with a wooden stick kept in the house. Due to which she died on the spot. After the murder, Manmohan Singh wrapped the body in a mattress and set it on fire so that it appeared that the woman died due to burning. Manmohan fled on a motorcycle with 30 thousand rupees kept in the cupboard of the house and his clothes.
