Uttarakhand budget session: More than 500 questions from 30 MLAs will heat up the session, preparations complete
Preparations for the budget session have begun in the Assembly Secretariat. So far, the Assembly Secretariat has received more than 500 questions from 30 MLAs of the ruling and opposition parties for the session. These questions will heat up the budget session.
The concerned department is busy preparing answers to the questions of the MLAs for the budget session starting from February 18. For the first time, a paperless session will be started in the Dehradun Assembly. The Assembly Secretariat has completed its preparations. In the beginning, the MLAs should not face any inconvenience. For this, paper can be used for legislative work and information.
Assembly Speaker Ritu Khanduri Bhushan said that so far 512 questions have been received from 30 MLAs for the budget session. My effort will be to get answers to the questions of the MLAs and discuss the development and public interest issues of the state. But the cooperation of the members of the ruling and opposition parties is necessary to conduct the House in a dignified manner. The Speaker of the Assembly said, a meeting of departmental officials has been called on February 16 regarding security and other arrangements during the session.
