Uttarakhand: 32 proposals passed in Dhami cabinet, increase in pension of former MLAs

The Dhami cabinet, which met on Wednesday, has approved 32 proposals. According to sources, the Dhami cabinet has also approved the budget of about one lakh crore, giving the green signal to the budget starting from February 18. Along with this, the ordinances to be placed on the House have been approved. Under the Tourism Department, the ropeway of Kedarnath and Hemkund Sahib was also approved and the proposal will be sent to the Center.

The cabinet has also decided to give Rs 30,000 each to the forest panchayat to prevent incidents of forest fire. Its draft will also be sent to the central government. Apart from this, the cabinet took a decision to increase the pension of former MLAs from Rs 40000 to Rs 60000. Along with this, the amount of MLAs increasing annually was increased from 2500 to 3000.
