Weather is going to change again in Uttarakhand, Meteorological Department has issued warning of rain and snowfall
The weather in Uttarakhand may change from today. According to the Meteorological Department, there are chances of light rain in the high altitude areas of the hilly districts of the state. At the same time, the Meteorological Department has indicated a change in the weather till 19 and 20 February. While the weather will remain clear from 16 to 18 February, an increase in temperature can be seen.
According to meteorologist Rohit Thapliyal, light snowfall is also expected in areas with an altitude of more than 32 hundred meters in the hilly districts. He said that on February 15 i.e. today, there may be light rain in some areas of the plain districts. Due to the change in the weather of Uttarakhand today, there are chances of light activity of rain across the state. Rohit Thapliyal said that on February 16, there are chances of light snowfall and rain in Uttarkashi, Chamoli Pithoragarh districts of Uttarakhand.
Apart from this, the weather of Uttarakhand may change due to the activation of Western Disturbance on 19 and 20 February. Rain activity can be seen from the night of 19 February. Apart from this, due to Western Disturbance, light snowfall can be seen in the high altitude areas of the hilly districts on February 20. According to the Meteorological Department, today there can be a drop in temperature due to cloud cover in most areas of Uttarakhand. Whereas on February 16, 17,18, the temperature may increase due to clear weather.
