Uttarakhand / Dehradun: The elderly woman is not tired of praying to the DM, District Magistrate Savin Bansal helped the elderly woman to get possession of the land after 25 years

District Magistrate Savin Bansal has given the 97-year-old woman possession of her property. The DM has given justice to the elderly woman who was waiting for justice for 25 years within 2 months. Actually, the warehouse owner was operating the warehouse for years even after the lease on the old woman’s property had expired. Due to which the real heirs of the gas warehouse land were making rounds of government offices, courts and court for 25 years to get the possession of their land released.

Let us tell you that this matter came to light in the DM’s Janta Darshan program. After which an investigation was conducted. After the allegations were confirmed in the investigation, the DM sent the district administration team to the spot and got the gas warehouse sealed on January 3. Along with this, instructions were also given to cancel the license of the gas warehouse being operated illegally. In the Janta Darshan program, the DM had asked the concerned departments that where were the departmental officers and rules till now. Why action was not taken in the matter till now.

The elderly woman had given a complaint letter in this regard. Through which it was told that considering her status in Raipur, land mafia has their eyes on her 12 thousand square feet land in Ranjhawala. A gas agency is being operated by illegally occupying the land. In the year 1988, her husband had given the land on a 10-year lease to operate a gas warehouse. After the lease expired, from the year 2000, the owner of the gas warehouse stopped paying the rent and by manipulating the records, got the land registered in his name.
