Uttarakhand: Congress got angry on Premchand Agarwal’s controversial statement, called the land law a fraud with the public

During the assembly session in Uttarakhand, the issue of the statement of Parliamentary Affairs Minister Premchand Agarwal is continuously gaining momentum. In this episode, the Congress has surrounded the government on the issue of cabinet minister Premchand Agarwal’s statement on Pahadi-Desi and land law. Also, it has asked for an apology.

People are hurt by the statement of the Parliamentary Affairs Minister

Congress State Vice President Suryakant Dhasmana objected to the controversial statement of Premchand Agarwal. He said that the way Premchand Agarwal has behaved in the assembly has tarnished the reputation of the state. The statement given in the assembly for the people of mountain origin has hurt the people of the hills. His statement is not tolerable in any way.

Suryakant Dhasmana said that what is even more surprising is that despite giving a controversial statement, the BJP is maintaining silence. The BJP has neither given any statement against him nor given him any notice. What is even more regrettable is that the Speaker of the Assembly did not interrupt the cabinet minister even once. Congress demanded that BJP should seek answers from its minister and ask him to apologize.

Land law termed as a fraud with the public

Congress has termed the land law as a fraud with the people of Uttarakhand. Suryakant Dhasmana alleged that BJP destroyed and corrupted the land law brought during the Narayan Dutt Tiwari government. The land law implemented during the Tiwari government used to have excellent arrangements, but in the year 2018, the Trivendra government changed this land law.

After that, now the Dhami government has changed all the rules of the land law brought during the ND Tiwari government. The result of which was that all the lands from the mountain to the plain started being destroyed. Congress has described this land law as an eyewash.
